indian-springs-150-icon.jpgNYE Sponsor of the Month: Indian Springs Manufacturing

Two years ago the Caz students had an idea for a custom part they needed for the drive system of their 2nd car. The students designed them and Indian Springs Manufacturing built them. If this were industry, the parts would have cost over $8000.00 to manufacture. They are now working with the Caz students to manufacture a motor mount designed by the students for their new Etek motor in car # 37.

The team mounted a camera in their car #NY12, and captured almost the whole race from the vantage point of the driver. Special Thanks to Emma Marsch and Tyler Lawrence for the painstaking editing they did to make this video happen!

NY Electrathon is a website maintained by Chris Hurd and his students at Cazenovia HS in Central New York in order to get more New York teachers and students involved with electrathon racing. We also hope to make this an exceptional source of information for all things electrathon.
