Oswego Speedway Event Rules These rules were determined by the team advisors present at the Winter Meeting on January 24th at Auburn HS. These rules may change, as all events are dynamic, and we welcome your advice and comments at the next winter meeting. All rule changes were developed with the following two goals in mind: 1. Safety of all involved, and 2. Education. Any changes will be posted in as timely a manner as possible at www.nyelectrathon.com.
